Ninjas in Pyjamas

Ninjas in Pyjamas

Ninjas in Pyjamas is a cometitive gaming Team with a win ratio of 73.33 % over 15 LoL games.

Formed in the middle of 2013 with the acquisition of the then-Copenhagen Wolves roster, Ninjas in Pyjamas have endured mixed results as a professional team. After competing in the 2013 EU LCS spring split, an unsatisfactory performance prompted massive roster restructuring. As the season continued, mixed success was met with relegation, and the Ninjas in Pyjamas were forced to fight for their very survival during the 2014 promotion tournament, facing off against one of the top three Challenger teams. While heavy favorites, NIP fell to what is now ROCCAT, and found themselves stranded until the redemptive Challenger Series commenced. Now, NIP must claw and climb to the top to earn their spot in back in the EU LCS. With another set of recent roster reshuffling, this new team may take the journey with a confident and commanding stride, or suffer the bitter sting of falling further from the height of their glory. While their seat will be kept warm by ROCCAT, it is of little comfort. NIP will be blazing a trail to a second shot, for they have tasted Europe’s top competitive scene, and will have no respite from the pain of their absence until they have returned.
